Who is AIgnite for?
AIGnite is designed for teachers of all backgrounds—whether you’re a tech enthusiast or new to AI, this program will equip you with the knowledge and tools to integrate AI into your teaching. All we ask is that you come with a sense of curiosity and a willingness to explore new possibilities!
Will the session be hands-on?
Yes! AIGnite is not just a lecture-style conference—it’s an interactive, hands-on experience. You’ll get to experiment with AI tools, collaborate with peers, and walk away with practical strategies you can use in your classroom immediately.
Is the event certified?
Yes, participants who complete AIGnite will receive a certification from AIDEN, recognizing their foundational understanding of AI in education. This is the first step in a structured certification pathway, leading to deeper AI integration and leadership opportunities.
Will food and refreshments be provided?
Yes, we will provide some light refreshments during the in-person event on February 22nd. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance.
What happens after AIGnite?
AIGnite is Module 1 of our AI for Educators certification pathway. One week after the in-person event, we’ll begin Module 2 which consists of 90-minute virtual workshops every Thursday. These workshops will take you deeper into AI tools and applications, helping you build and implement AI-powered solutions in your classroom. Completing both gives you the Level 1 accreditation.
